NC Kansas | give up the pop. make yourself drink coffee... better fuel than pop and actually good for you. Stick with the summer sausage and cheese, add jerky/beef sticks nuts, boiled eggs, any snack that's high in protein is better than carbs and sugar.
apples for your sweet tooth, can grab one and go and they last a decent amount of time in the fridge.
Don't let people scare you off of the summer sausage type stuff. yes it's fatty, but fat is better than sugar, satisfies you, keeps you full.
