Macon, IL | I have no problem with government insurance, I don't like the subsidy part-we should pay our own freight. If they want to cap/underwrite the major major claim years if insurance company cant afford it-I guess I will leave that to someone above my pay grade-but it doesn't seem right to have someone footing half my bill year after year when I have made 1 claim of substance in last decade.
Also not loving the idea someone floated about capping acres you can insure-that's just as bad using the government to enforce one arbitrary opinion of what is the right farm size-seems unamerican. | |
