North Liberty and South Bend, Indiana | I don't fully understand page 32 but this chart looks pretty simple. Looks like we farmers paid in 3.71 billion, tax payers paid in 6.36 billion but RMA only paid out 5.36 billion. Where does the extra almost 5 billion go?
This is fir 2017 actual. We all know how well the gov't can guess so I wouldn't consider 2018 until its actual.
