I can't find definitive info on what federal crop insurance costs a taxpayer. Curious as to what it is.
On a side note it was shown by a study within the USDA that every dollar spent on the SNAP program created about $1.80 in return. Clearly we can buy our way out of debt!! Which begs the question, does every dollar spent on ag subsidies create $1.80 as well?
