Yeah, trying to find out how one uses section 179...which is used for equipment...to expense land.
Reread that again, this is why this went well over your head its not the cost of the land but it’s the 10k per acre planting cost that millionaires were able to deduct on year one when they had a 7+ figure income that year. Having that tax advantage drove up demand which drove up the price of land exponentially overnight. |
