Even so, we are in a maturing commodity industry. Going concerns have a tremendous advantage. Financially, tax system, business relationships, landlord relationships, infrastructure, knowledge of local working and agronomic conditions, etc.
Realistically, if you have the money and chutzpah to break into this industry cold, economics dictates you should take that cash and drive into another industry. | |
