Don't need a 500k investment. 75 k bin should be around 110-120k. put the beans in the 30k bins. 10 years loan is easy math and will definitely aid in your harvest efficiency, can blend, and can sell carry. You decide if you need a dryer but imo south of I-80 should be able to natural dry 8 of 10 years.
