STO here also. I am a fan of generic Agrotain treated urea. I broadcast about 125# of urea (58# of N) blended with 200# of DAP (2 year's worth so 36# of N) right before planting no-till. Then I spread 200# of generic Agrotain treated urea (92# of N) when corn is about 16" tall. Depending on how STO you are you can cover over 100 acres a day with a simple 3 pt fertilizer spreader when spreading in crop.
