Nebraska, The land of corn and cattle

A lot of places are going away from NH3, last time I talked to the local COOP only 2 or 3 guys were using it, and that was all spring applied, but you go 50 miles south and theres a lot of NH3 put on still, fall and spring.

There will come a time when you will only be allowed to have a tank at your place and pull tanks to and from your fields, no more pulling from the COOP.  My thinking is sometime they will require tanks with brakes and lights and most COOPs will say "forget about it" Just my $.02

We went away from it because Im highly sensitive to it and we had to upgrade our equipment or do something else, we chose something else. Were in the process of building a liquid sidedress bar, been having it all sprayed on with the chems or the last 2 years having dry spread with a row crop spreader when the corn is short. I don't like the idea of the N laying on the ground
