South Central MN | I put on a chunk of mine with the planter (2X2) and then have the rest sidedressed. Some years (like this past year) the weather might not cooperate, so be prepared for a plan B if you need one.
Been told for planter applied anyways should target 60 units N, other parts of the country get away with less but here anything under that could limit yields. Need enough to get to sidedress, even if you plan on running early.
I don't have any experience putting 32% on with a sprayer so don't know what would be a good base rate with that to get you going. | |
