Up here in the Land of 10,000 regulations I wouldn't count on fall NH3 being a go to for years to come. Previous governor got the ball rolling down an ugly slope.
Coop I deal with here had NH3 at around the upper .30's per unit applied, urea and 28% low to mid .40's. Not as attractive when the price is closer. Some are starting to push other options instead of the fall NH3. It might be cheap for now but just add some more regulations and insurance requirements and suddenly it won't be cheap at all, IF you can even find someone willing to carry it.
