I was a fertilizer dealer for 35 years in a big corn area and sold alot of ammonia. From a agronomy standpoint and application standpoint ,that is to high a rate to get sealed usually and the N will migrate to the surface and create a N loss that you do not realize. Putting 180-200 N on 30 inch centers is pushing it. That is the reason, the close spacing of field cultivators and coldflow equipment and rate controlers started being used.
See that here as well. The more you try to push in the more will try to leak out. At least in these heavy gumbo soils. Wish I could find a way to get any form of N to be effective. This is on heavy black river bottom ground. Like a black clay. Even sidedressing 120 lbs of NH3 I see smoke coming out and can smell. We have tried 32% sidedress and does not seen to do any better.
