You realize that on 60” centers, if you are running 200 lbs actual, the rate is about 480 pounds of product at the knife, since the rate per knife is double what it would be on 30” centers? You have to be running a very high pressure to flow that much. I’m not sure anything you do will get it to seal, it’s going to blow it back to the surface.
