I was a fertilizer dealer for 35 years in a big corn area and sold alot of ammonia. From a agronomy standpoint and application standpoint ,that is to high a rate to get sealed usually and the N will migrate to the surface and create a N loss that you do not realize. Putting 180-200 N on 30 inch centers is pushing it. That is the reason, the close spacing of field cultivators and coldflow equipment and rate controlers started being used.
