Pretty common thing around here. I highly recommend the spray on foam insulation. Don’t forget to insulate under the concrete floor also. Put more windows in than you think you’ll need.
all Windows do is make a home less efficient imo
Yeah, but most humans moved out of caves a long time ago. Modern windows are more efficient than a lot of old walls.
