| That's great, however I have a day job that requires me to work over 40 hrs nearly every week, and farm nights and days off, so I don't have time to build a turn key house by myself. If you told me you built a 1500 sq ft house in this area for 65,000 I would offer you some real estate on the moon. Ain't happening here not saying you didn't do it just saying you aren't going to do that here. I figure built turnkey 1500 sq ft home 225 to 250 prolly do it yourself for 150 | |
