sw ontario | Same here , a guy sold a big chunk to a UK investment comapany which has plans on holding it for 25 yrs., seller got sweetheart 10 yr. lease / rental and then he sublet it and is making $100+ acre profit staying at home.....original sale 30 yrs. ago was for around $1,300 acre ,then that guy flipped it a couple yrs. later for $1,700 ...UK investor paid $11k acre ....... future can make guys look smart or stupid | |
