20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | I’ve thought about sticking my neck out and buying some land for sale with the plan of putting it back up for sale and selling to someone on a lease back provision. Don’t have the money tho to make the payments for the few years it would probably take to find the right person. Thought about it with a real estate equity line of credit, but don’t think I’d have the pepper to make that work either |
