Central ND | I had a situation like that a couple years ago some land I was farming was offered to me to buy. There was 6 quarters buy all or buy none 1/2 was good ground the other half only average ground. Was a fair price so bought the whole thing didn’t want to own the poorer ground so sold it three weeks later for just a little more than price I paid to an investor for a 10 year contract stays with the land even if it is sold. Made the better land we kept a real good buy, I think it was a win win. | |
