They sent me to the auditors office, they looked it up and no one is paying taxes on it.
That one thing I dont understand is how far back on taxes do properties have to get before sheriff's sale? Some property near me is several years behind, and owner is out of state according to tax records. I'm sure only your bordering neighbor would bid against you at sheriffs sale.
