file suit for quiet title. notice will be published in paper for 3 weeks notifying anyone with interest in property to claim it. I f no one shows up ,judge will grant quiet title and forever more bar any claim to property.
That was also offered to me as an option, my attorney advises me against that because the neighbor that is causing the problems in the first place would have to be named on the suit. He would fight it tooth and nail. |
