DON'T threaten, keep it civil. DON'T get on Facebook, DON'T talk to others about it (at least you haven't posted any names/locations/specifics: yours or theirs).
There are laws that you have to follow in collecting a debt.
Most of the replies I've read above will violate many of the laws, and the debtor can get the court to side with him/her and bring charges against you, including harassment.
When I was in business, I had to take some to small claims, and filed liens on a few. There is a proper route to follow if you want to legally collect.
If done improperly, the courts may well get involved, with the debtor being the plaintiff, and YOU being the defendant.
