Iowa | In my opinion it matters because it would "appear" the guy is more concerned with screwing off than figuring out how to pay his debts.
I think it would rub a lot of people the wrong way to see someone on vacation (even if it was free) that owed them money instead of staying home doing chores/fixing machinery/running there business/ etc. and at least making an attempt to generate something to pay their debts. | |
