garvo - 3/24/2018 21:22 send a certified letter that they have to sign for and get the return stub-usually they get the message as when you get the stub back they know you have legal grounds to take them to court and check usually follows same day or maybe in 5 days-I have always got paid after they have signed for the letter with the bill in it This is great advice, and will get his attention. I gave some poor advice above, it was in bad taste and not useful. |
