Ok can I borrow a $100? years ago I had a drinking buddy that I really enjoyed his company in my farm shop several evenings a month. he had one worthless kid that caused him a great amount of problems. one evening he said to me that he really needed a $100.00 cash by the next morning. i pulled out a $100.00 bill and gave it to my buddy and told him this is all that i will loan you until you pay it back. he would show up later on with a hundred dollars for repayment. we went threw this cycle for years as he ran short of money waiting for his social security check i suppose. great guy and has been dead for some time and i still miss his visits. |
