EC North Dakota | I have the same deal. Guy owes me. For 5 months he’s been saying he forgot and will send the check. Then he changed to there’s no contract, so I mailed him a copy. Now he says he was forced to quit farming and can’t pay. In truth, his son is operating the farm.
Worst part is he’s a BTO who out-bid many legit farmers on his way to huge acres. Final destination, can’t pay his bills.
