| Don't go to Facebook. You'll almost certainly regret doing that regardless of the outcome and cringe at your behavior down the road. If you provided a service, and gave a basic invoice, that looks about like a contract to me. I would simply notify him over phone or in person when he gets back that if you are not paid in thirty days you will sue him for whats owed. This is the professional way of doing things.
