NW Ohio | We'll. My one attempt at being a landlord came to an end after hearing ever dog ate the check story I could stand. After the lease expired I gave them sixty days to vacate with a notification that the house was to be demolished. On day sixty-one I rented a track excavator and unloaded it at the barnyard of the house. I think I woke them up as they came running out with all of their pets and armloads of clothes. House was on the ground and burned in about two hours. I'll never get into that business again. | |
