Profit....ssshhhhh. Spoken about only in whispers. It's elusive, like trying to catch a fly with chopsticks. Some can, some can make it look easy and many can't.
Ownership of hogs is 1 thing, I really think at this point in time you need ownership or ownership interest of the packing.
