Join up with organizations that partner smaller producers to gain market advantage of scale. There are many out there. If you are willing to put 1 mil. At risk with barn you could use that to run farrow to finish and market 12 to 15k per year. Probably won't own facilities but according to this forum that is a terrible business plan anyways.
