SW MN - mt. lake/windom | Well, I would say that work is not the same, much more intensive. You have it all on the line with ownership. To answer that question is to loaded of an answer. Basically it comes down to leverage ratio and net returns on equity. You don't net 37 custom feeding. As a general rule of thumb your net returns are maybe 4 times with 3 times the risk. Can it be better yes, can it get ugly real fast yes. | |
