The superintendent can make or break a school and a broken school ends up dividing a community. That may sound like an exaggeration but all that can happen.
One consideration is to ask where the potential candidates spouse is from and if they are ok living in a rural area. If they both are familiar with the rural setting then that would help a lot. |
