Northern Illinois | Good Luck. Big decision for a district and community. Go into things with an optimistic mind but also a questioning mind. Be aware that your board is a novice at this interview process while the people your are interviewing are all prepped for this and have a network behind them. I did not like being the inexperienced one or group in the process. Any question that is asked of them they have likely been prepped for. Your board needs to know the qualities you are looking for and consider how each candidate fits those qualities. | |
