| Not real sure why I need them either. Wifi works good. Just assumed that I'd need the drivers to make things better. Data is heavy due to downloading a massive pile of Win 10 updates. My issue is I seem to lose connection to the internet randomly. I can be scrolling a web site on the computer and it will stop loading. Scrolling another web site on my phone at the same time using the wifi and I have no issues. Different web sites give similar results, so it's not a web page issue. Speed test pages show I am getting what I'm paying for. Both computers test out at .5 mbps which is exactly what I'm paying for. What I don't understand is why I have a usable connection at all if the router software says my Ethernet card isn't installed.
