You've got me confused about why you need to install router driver software. You have internet, even if it isn't satisfactory. What is this driver supposed to do for you? As far your network performance. Your screen shot looks normal to me. Maybe a bit heavy in the data download amount for the length of connection time. Try going to one of the speed test sites and see whether you are approaching the speeds that you are paying for. Do the same on the other computer and compare. Windows 10 has some good monitoring features. In the search window (bottom left beside the start button) type Resource Monitor and open that program. Click on the Network tab. You will be able to see what programs are accessing your network. I wouldn't be able to tell you what a Windows download would look like here, but that's one of the possibilities. |
