Bought a referb Lenovo with Win 10 on it from Amazon. Works good but the internet speed is horrible. Tried to put the router software on this morning and the install program said the ethernet was disabled or not installed. Web works but is very sketchy. Near as I can see the ethernet is enabled. Do I need to change a setting?
