Sw. Ill | after recieving a seatbelt ticket this morning from a state cop in town. we drove on the interstate and observed about 6 of these "car trains" going 75 mph and weaving around semis. this one was pulling two junk cars with a wrecked crv. all looked mexican. how is this safe and legal? why are the state troopers only worried about me wearing a seatbelt in a 25mph zone????
