This is a very common sight on I35 South thru TX and onto the Rio Grande Valley. The cars are being exported to countries in Central America. They have the system down pat and even have a special bridge where they cross into Mexico. Customs at the bridge understands all the paperwork and works to get them across legally and quickly. New vehicles in these countries are too expensive for common people to buy and used cars are scarce.
