Is it hard to believe people still rent or buy farms without paying top dollar? It happens all the time.
Who wants to clean downed trees? What does it cost to do that in time, fuel, wear and tear?
Maybe PAbeef is yanking everyone's chain. Maybe he is just excited about the opportunity. I don't know him from Adam or hardly anyone else on here so have to take it at face value.
