I rent a 15-20 ac pasture that I don't use yet. The fences are terrible. It would cost to much to redo the fences correctly. I figure it is cheaper for me to rent it and not use it than it is for me to let someone else rent it and have their cattle get out in my crops because of the crappy fences. (I farm the quarter around it.)
