New Mexico | to do a 5 year lease on that with the 1st option to buy it.
RAISE the rent every year: 1st year 1500, 2nd year 2000, 3rd 2500 etc..
OR raise the rent every year by $3000 per year: $1,500 1st year, $4,500 2nd year, $7,500, 3rd year, $10,500 4rth year, $14,500 year 5.
ALL the rent in the afore goes as Your downstroke to own the dirt at end of year 5.
at the end of year 5 you get 1st option on it at the top of Today's land pasture market there.
