For $200,000 What is the house like? Buildings? DRAINAGE? What is your home like? Buildings? DRAINAGE. Might be a deal of the lifetime, get the wife & kids a nicer place.  Don't know if CAFO's stay with a section, or everything you have in a county? Can a guy get close to a 4 section corner & have 4 lots on different sections & stay under CAFO rules? Maybe with different C Corps?
