Subject: Renting an additional Feedlot ?s

Saronville NE
Would like to expand again, but if do have some DEQ issues to deal with, cement and fence to build, taxs will go up. Have a 250 hd yard I could rent if do some fence work etc, bunklines, bunk, and pit cement silo already their, its 6 miles away only problem. But thinking could buy a older feedwagon for that yard, already have a extra loader tractor we could take down their. Banker and I both feel this would be cheaper then adding another $25-40k on cement, bunks, fence, waterlines, waterers, etc, let alone taxs going up again from all the cement. Then if something ugly happens, you can just walk away, don't have payments, taxs etc to contend with.

My question is what is something like this worth to rent? Would have to put some new posts in, pry a new waterer, and could dump cattle in and go. What kinda rent should this require? What other things am I missing? TIA
