Atlantic, Iowa | Probably not more than a nickel. More if the landlord will fix the infrastructure. Somewhat depends on who gets the manure. If you can get the guys land rented at some point it may be worth finding a little extra for rent as well.
If its only 250 head, I would consider a truck. You'll have a lot of shrink trying to feed just 250 head at a location.
