Beresford, SD | AHAY that sounds like a real nice place to buy. 200k don't go far! Would it be better than where your at now as a whole. Do you have crop ground around your place now or is it just an acreage? Is the house better than the one your in now? Lots of questions to ask? Maybe make this place your home base but then again don't know your situation but the way you explained sounds like it was pretty sweet and maybe she just wants to dump it after settlement with Ex.......you never know.
