Sw MN | Considering your location you might want to look at buying an existing facility. With a lot of dairies going out of business would think there might be some pretty nice ones sitting empty. I don't remember where I read it but it kind of stuck in my brain. A large Florida dairyman (10,000 hd) said when he was expanding he could usually rent a lot nicer facilty cheaper than he could afford to build new. | |
