Built a freestall barn in 2005 and a calving pens with holding pens with milking parlour in 2010. If we add it all together it would be near 1 million also. Double 6 herringbone parlour with 70 stall beds on half the barn, young stock and drys on other. With some minor renos we could milk 120-150 quite easily.
