Steel barn is very open inside, no obstructions, really strong. On the other hand, you cant grab some 2xs and nails and fix or rig up something very easily. Electric was expensive when we put fans in the next spring too; all conduit and high mounted lines. Should have run an under ground conduit to get wiring from one side of barn to other. We added 60' on one end in 2007-8, stayed with steel it was way more expensive/ft2, for material and labor.
