Brazilton KS | I'm not terribly knowledgible on these rules, but I don't believe the containment issue is near as big a deal as many here appear to think it is. There is quite a bit of oil production around here and the operators were all hit with "containment" requirements some time back. Once the shock of being told they had to do something wore off the tank batteries all got surrounded by low berms usually made of lime and life went on.
