I think he was saying if that "done correctly" that is up to all the reg's that should be followed that it is not that "cheap" to get into.

Around hear the "Farmer" is not regulated nor checked by the state for compliance. There are many places with tanks on the ground and no protection. Although those are starting to change, slowly. There are quite a few guys that "custom" spray and do not have insurance nor a license to do so.

I commend the ones that are following all the rules and hope the one's that don't will wake up and and realize the expense that the state's have been pushing on the "businesses" will soon be knocking at your door if not already.
